About Department:

Department of Samhita and Siddhanta deals with the basic principles of Ayurveda and Sanskrit language. Subjects dealt in the department are - Sanskrit, Padarthavijnana, Ashtangahridaya and Moulikasiddhanta, Charaka (Poorvardha and Uttarardha) and Research and Statistics, which forms the basic foundation of Ayurveda.
